Job Summary:**

This role involves supporting the testing and demonstration of various systems and applications to ensure quality and functionality within QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the execution of test cases and scenarios for software applications and systems.
• Document test results, defects, and observations clearly and concisely.
• Support the preparation of test data and environments.
• Participate in demonstrating system functionalities to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and test objectives.
• Help identify and report bugs and inconsistencies.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of test environments and applications.
  
  

Job Qualifications:**

• Minimum of a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and basic computer applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and processes.REG
