We're hiring a Project Coordinator to oversee renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate workers’ daily site tasks
• Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely material arrivals
• Conduct quality checks (QC) before project handover
• Inspect for defects or issues from contractors' work
• Handle site enquiries from workers and subcontractors
• Solve site challenges and keep daily operations running smoothly
• Attend site visits to assess site conditions and coordinate project-related matters with customers and stakeholders.
