Job Requirement

1. Leadership & Team Management (Highest Priority)

• Lead a BAU (Business As Usual) support and enhancement team.
• Manage developers and coordinate daily activities.
• Handle stakeholder communication with business users.
• Prioritize incidents, enhancements, and project deliverables.
• Drive solution architecture and technical decisions.

2. Strong Microsoft 365 Expertise (Mandatory)

• SharePoint Online architecture and administration.
• SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development.
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
• Power Automate cloud flows.
• Microsoft Teams integration.
• Microsoft Graph API.
• Microsoft 365 governance and best practices.

3. Full Stack Development Skills (Mandatory)

Frontend

• SPFx
• ReactJS
• TypeScript
• HTML5
• CSS
• JavaScript

Backend

• C#
• ASP.NET MVC
• .NET Core / .NET 6+ (preferred)
• REST APIs
• JSON
• Graph API

4. SharePoint Development Experience

Should have experience in:

• Custom SPFx solutions
• SharePoint Online customization
• Event Receivers
• Timer Jobs
• Master Pages (legacy knowledge)
• PowerShell scripting
• SharePoint migration
• Deployment and administration

5. Azure Integration (Preferred)

Good exposure to:

• Azure Functions
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure integration with Power Platform

6. Modern Microsoft Technologies

Preferred experience with:

• Copilot Studio
• Microsoft Copilot
• AvePoint migration/governance tools

7. Solution Architecture

The client expects someone who can:

• Design scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Recommend best practices.
• Improve governance.
• Optimize Power Platform adoption.
• Reduce technical debt.

8. BAU + Project Experience

The candidate should be comfortable handling:

• Production support
• Incident resolution
• Enhancements
• New feature development
• Release management

9. Communication

Strong communication skills to:

• Interact with business stakeholders.
• Gather requirements.
• Conduct presentations.
• Explain technical solutions to non-technical users.

10. Preferred Certifications

Candidates with the following certifications will have an advantage:
