We’re looking for someone who lives at the intersection of filmmaking, AI and social media.

Someone who knows when to shoot.
Someone who knows when NOT to shoot.

You understand how to combine real production with AI-generated visuals, motion graphics, VFX, image generation and automation to produce high-quality content faster than traditional production houses.

If you’ve been experimenting with Runway, Veo, Kling, Seedance, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, Freepik AI, ComfyUI or the latest AI creative tools before everyone else—you’ll probably fit right in.

We’re building one of Malaysia’s most AI-native creative agencies.

You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into content at speed.

This includes:

• Planning and producing short-form and long-form video content

• Shooting content when required (camera, lighting and audio)

• Editing premium social media videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Reels

• Using AI platforms to accelerate production without compromising quality

• Creating AI-generated visuals, cinematic scenes and motion sequences

• Producing image-to-video content

• Creating motion graphics, transitions and VFX

• Working closely with strategists and performance marketers to create content that performs—not just looks good

• Building repeatable AI workflows that improve production efficiency

• Staying ahead of the latest AI creative tools and testing new workflows every week

You probably:

• Love experimenting with new AI tools before everyone else

• Have strong editing instincts

• Can shoot beautiful footage when needed

• Know colour grading, pacing and sound design

• Think like a creator, not just an editor

• Are obsessed with making content better every week

• Can work quickly without sacrificing quality

• Are highly organised and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously

Within your first 6 months:

• Produce premium AI-assisted content at scale

• Reduce production turnaround time significantly

• Build reusable AI workflows for the creative team

• Help Monolith deliver content that competitors cannot easily replicate

• Continuously improve creative quality while increasing production output

• Portfolio required (show us your best work)

• Experience in video production or content creation

• Strong editing skills

• Comfortable operating cameras, lighting and audio equipment

• Passion for AI and emerging creative technology

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
