nsuring all products consistently meet established quality requirements

Monitoring production costs, managing departmental budgets, and overseeing raw material procurement.

Supervising production personnel, conducting performance reviews, and organizing staff training and shift schedules.

Identifying workflow bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing) to reduce costs and downtime.

Organizing routine machine maintenance and repairs to prevent equipment failure.

Achieve company target on reject rate, output and on time delivery.

Submit weekly & monthly report to management.
