As a Business Analyst Intern at Sunway Property, you will gain hands-on experience in bridging business needs with technology solutions. You will work closely with our IT and Marketing & Sales teams to support system enhancements, analyze customer data, and contribute to digital initiatives that improve customer experience and business decision-making. What's your job scope like?

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from key stakeholders to support system enhancements and digital initiatives.

• Support the coordination between IT and business users (e.g., Marketing & Sales teams) to understand user needs, improve processes, and deliver effective technology solutions.

• Analyze customer, lead, and booking-related data to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven business decisions.

• Participate in system testing activities, including preparing test scenarios, validating system functionalities, and documenting findings to ensure smooth implementation.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as business requirements, process flows, user guides, and system-related records to support effective project execution.

• Support ongoing IT projects through stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, research, and other project-related activities to drive successful delivery.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Have a keen interest in technology, digital transformation, data analytics, and business process improvement.

• Possess an excellent command of the English language (written & oral), strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Critical Thinking - able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

• Basic understanding of system development lifecycle, software testing, data analysis, or business process mapping would be an added advantage.
