• Manage daily garage operations (service, repair, diagnostics)
• Ensure smooth workflow, job cards, and on-time vehicle delivery
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead, train, and manage technicians & service staff
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and workshop performance
• Manage spare parts inventory and supplier coordination
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and branch targets
• Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
• Prepare basic reports and manage daily cash / billing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
