• Precision: Prescribe accurate corrective lenses tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Consultation: Provide expert guidance on eyewear, lens options, and perfect fittings.
• Education: Educate patients on eye health and the vital importance of regular check-ups.
• Management: Maintain clear, accurate patient records (histories and prescriptions).
• Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest optical technologies and eye care trends.
• Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Optometrist with qualifications fully recognized in Malaysia.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the optical industry is required.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough eye exams and issue precise prescriptions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Genuine passion for quality eye care and patient satisfaction.
• Prior experience in a retail optical environment is a strong advantage.
