Hoi Yong Fruits Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is one of Malaysia's leading fresh fruit importers and wholesalers. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Operation Assistant to support our daily administrative, billing, and inventory operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), Credit Notes (CN), and other sales documents.
• Process daily billing and ensure all transactions are accurate.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the system.
• Monitor stock movements and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales departments regarding stock availability.
• Assist in data entry and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Handle filing and documentation systematically.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding billing and documentation matters.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Working experience in administration, billing, inventory, or operations will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using AutoCount systems is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
