Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, industry-savvy Autodesk Trainer / Application Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex engineering software and practical construction applications. You will design, develop, and deliver high-impact technical training courses to engineering professionals, project managers, and trainees looking to upskill.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Hands-on Training: Lead comprehensive training sessions for core AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) software, shifting seamlessly between foundational concepts and advanced workflows.

- Curriculum Development: Update and customize specialized courseware, practical exercises, and case studies tailored to real-world Malaysian construction projects.

- Technical Advisory & Support: Assist clients with software workflows and provide general insights into managing software deployments.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- AEC Software Mastery: Strong technical command and hands-on operational capability in:

**Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP workflows)

**Autodesk Civil 3D (Infrastructure design, grading, and corridor modeling)

- Design & Licensing Knowledge: General familiarity with handling and showcasing SketchUp design environments, including an awareness of commercial SketchUp licensing models and ecosystems.

- Construction Industry Experience (Crucial): Direct, practical experience working within the construction, contracting, or civil engineering sectors. You must be able to speak the "language of the site" and relate software tools to physical construction problems.

- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with a patient, customer-first approach to teaching adult learners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,189.00 - RM7,747.00 per month
