The Payroll & HR Admin Executive is responsible for managing the company's payroll process, supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour regulations, and handling general administrative duties. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Payroll, HR, and Administration.
• Experience with payroll software and HR systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Experience Required

Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in Payroll, Human Resources, and Administration.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
