Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, data-informed, and highly execution-oriented Live Operations Supervisor / Host Manager. You will take full ownership of our live host team and daily studio operations. In this role, you are not just a manager to the hosts, but the driving force behind the livestream’s revenue. You will handle scheduling, product strategy, recruitment, and commission payouts while enforcing performance metrics to filter out underperforming talent.

Key Responsibilities

1. Host Management & Scheduling

• Create, coordinate, and manage the daily/weekly shift schedules for multiple live hosts to ensure maximum studio utilization and zero gaps in broadcasting.
• Monitor live sessions to ensure hosts maintain discipline, high energy, and adhere to brand messaging and sales scripts.

2. Live Merchandising & Product Strategy

• Strategize and decide which watch collections (including house brands and third-party distributions) are assigned to specific hosts based on their individual styles and target audiences.
• Structure the product pipeline for each session—properly sequencing entry-level hooks, high-volume hero products, and premium luxury timepieces to maximize conversion rates.

3. Recruitment & Performance Evaluation

• Drive host recruitment and onboarding: Screen talent, evaluate trial streams, and conduct basic training for new hires.
• Data-driven performance management: Track and analyze key broadcasting metrics (concurrent viewers, retention rates, GMV, and conversion rates).
• Decisive talent filtering: Initiate disciplinary actions or handle terminations/dismissals for hosts who consistently fail to meet sales KPIs.

4. Commission & Performance Payouts

• Consolidate and verify live hours, order fulfillment data, and successfully paid orders.
• Accurately calculate and process monthly commissions, milestone bonuses, and performance incentives for the hosting team.

Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce livestream operations (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) or talent management. Experience in the watch, fashion, or high-ticket retail sector is highly preferred.
• Key Traits: Exceptional communication and leadership skills—capable of motivating a creative team while maintaining strict operational standards.
• Competencies: Strong command of livestream analytics, detail-oriented in administrative tasks (calculating payouts), and decisive when dealing with underperformance.

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
