F&B Accounts Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor (2 mins from LRT/Public Transport) - Amcorp Mall

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 (Based on experience)

Work Arrangement: 2 Days Office / 3 Days WFH (Please note that additional office days may be required during weeks when the regional management team is present to facilitate face-to-face collaboration.)

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for overseeing the F&B's financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, and supporting financial planning for restaurant operations. Candidates must have hands-on experience in F&B accounting, including food cost analysis, inventory reconciliation, and multi-outlet financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts.

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.

Monitor daily sales collections from restaurant outlets.

Perform food cost and inventory variance analysis.

Process payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) where applicable.

Prepare SST submissions and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Monitor budgets, cash flow, and operating expenses.

Assist in annual budgeting and financial forecasting.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the F&B or restaurant industry (mandatory).

Experience handling multiple restaurant outlets is preferred.

Knowledge of SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or other accounting systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
