Position Summary

Company van driver, safely transporting company’s orders as well as various products (audio devices/Home product) to and from specified locations in a timely manner. Assisting with the loading and offloading of delivery goods to customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure daily delivering orders to B2B/B2C customers in a timely manner within agreed SLA.
• Picking up/Collection orders from customer store back to warehouse in daily basic.
• Assist on any other delivery/pick up request from company & administrative needs.
• Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks, arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route, maintaining an organized travel schedule.
• Following delivery routes and time schedules that planned by delivery coordinator.
• Interacting with clients in professional conduct.
• Working at night and on weekends if needed.
• Ensure all delivery status(successful/failure) updated in company delivery apps upon delivered to customer
• Taking care customer’s goods/orders, ensure no damages/discrepancy during in-transit.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Performs other general delivery area duties as needed.

Requirements: -

• Possess at least SPM qualification/Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Warehouse preferred.
• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• Valid driving’s license with GDL
• Able to understand detailed instructions and work from procedures.
• Ability to Work in a Fast Paced, Busy Environment.
• Able to coordinate work within a team environment under limited supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
