1) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Sales and Marketing Strategy Management

· Take charge of Apply Directly with Us and ZenDesk Live chat project for which will support all UCSI University Campuses Student Enrolment Centre Operations.

· Coordinating with relevant teams such as UI/UX, technology, etc to explore areas of improvements and reduce poor experience.

· Support and monitor the Apply Directly With Us, ZenDesk Live Chat and WhatsApp operations performance and update to the leadership team in SEC E-Counselling Unit from time to time.

· Study the pattern of users and their usage journey, review key metrics and reports, make updates to existing conversation experiences based on review of user interactions.

· Work closely with key stakeholders, both internal (e.g: Enrolment, Marcomm, SPD), and external (e.g: faculties, digital marketing, SAA, etc) to meet the expected outcome.

2) Enquiry Management and Programme Counselling

· To provide correct and accurate information on the University and all programmes.

· To advise enquirers on possible programmes and career pathways working with faculty/institute academics.

· To advise and assist enquirers on the admission procedures with confirmation of qualification eligibility checks with Admission Office and Faculty/Institute on additional admission approvals.

· To advise enquirers on the visa processing procedures.

· To ensure all email enquiries are replied within 24 hours (company working day).

· To conduct ‘Campus Tours’ if requested or required.

3) Database Management

· To ensure the input of all enquiries collected from various lead sources including phone calls, walk ins, from website, referred, from agents, and marketing campaigns are entered into IIS and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / IIS2.0 databases.

· To indicate potentiality of all enquiries collected and follow up with prospects diligently; and to indicate the qualifications and follow-up dates of all enquiries/enrolments managed.

4) Marketing and Sales Management

· To achieve personal and overall country sales target based on markets assigned.

· To plan and propose marketing activities and initiatives together with team and supervisor.

· To identify and propose new marketing opportunities, where needed.

· To ensure target enrolment numbers for Student Recruitment Agents are met.

5) Other Assignments and Development

· To identify and attend suitable self-development trainings as assigned.

· To arrange dispatch services when required by Admission Office.

· To perform all other duties related to the above, which may be assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.

· To introduce and design a new reference that would convenient your communication with clients, agents and potential clients.

· To support the operations in absence of International Team colleague, if required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Arabic) being a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Availability to work on weekends as needed. Possess a mature attitude and a good team player.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
