• Prepare daily revenue report
• Checking daily event order tally with tax invoice/banquet bill & ensure all payment collected accordingly
• Finalised the monthly revenue report
• Compile the statistics for rooms & F&B
• Finalised the Government Tax (SST/Tourism Tax) report for monthly submission
• Prepare debtor aging report for Event & Room by unpaid invoices
• Liaise with customer & sales person on outstanding balances & updates payment accordingly
• Issue a credit & debit note accordingly
• Verify, issue official receipt issued by Front Office & Sales department
• Key-in bank transaction in accounting system
• Verify daily cash transaction from Front Office & outlet
• Prepare bank reconciliation in accounting system
• Monitor E-Perolehan for government local order through online
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
