Workshop & Network Manager BL PC, Asean

About the Team

We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket Division at our location in PJ.

The team focuses on developing and strengthening the PC workshop network across ASEAN markets, supporting both technical excellence and commercial growth.

Working closely with regional sales, marketing and technical teams, we aim to enhance workshop capabilities and ensure high-quality service delivery.

 

What you can look forward to as BL PC Trainer & Network Specialist ASEAN :

 

• Define ASEAN training priorities based on market, distributor and workshop needs
• Develop and maintain technical & commercial training curricula and materials tailored to local markets
• Deliver technical trainings on ZF PC products and solutions, as well as commercial trainings supporting sales programs
• Design and execute training formats including online, classroom, and hands-on sessions
• Analyze workshop landscape and identify network capability gaps and development opportunities
• Implement and roll out standardized workshop concepts, including training pathways and capability levels
• Support workshop acquisition, onboarding and activation within ZF programs together with distributors
• Monitor network performance, collect market feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives

 

Your Profile as BL PC Trainer & Network Specialist ASEAN :

 

• Qualified vehicle technician (master technician or equivalent preferred)
• Several years of experience in PC aftermarket, including technical and commercial training delivery
• Strong knowledge of PC market and ZF product environment; diagnostics know-how is a plus
• Proven training, presentation and facilitation skills
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and organizational abilities
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
