Job Description

• Monitor and support critical production applications
• Investigate and resolve application, pricing, and data-related issues in a timely manner
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve platform stability
• Partner with Development and Business teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of critical risk and valuation data to business users
• Develop automation scripts and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency
• Maintain support documentation and contribute to continuous service improvements
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Application Support Analyst Should Have

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Over 2 years of experience supporting enterprise applications within a production or application support environment
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PowerShell scripting, and Windows Server troubleshooting
• Exposure to Python, Linux scripting
• Exposure to monitoring and scheduling tools such as Cron, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues independently
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with a passion for improving system stability, automation, and operational processes
