Executive, Mobility & Engagement Unit

We are looking for a motivated Executive, Mobility & Engagement Unit to support business development activities, partner engagement, and operational coordination while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives and partnership growth.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial materials.
• Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of new partners.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams (Operations, Finance, Product, and Legal).
• Manage partner enquiries and support operational issue resolution.
• Monitor Statement of Accounts (SoA), outstanding ageing, and payment status with Finance.
• Prepare reports on partner performance, engagement activities, and operational metrics.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in business support, operations, customer engagement, or partnership management is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
