Opportunity: Construction Site Engineer

Salary Package; Basic Salary plus 13th month salary plus Performance Bonus

We are looking for a Construction Site Engineer to join our team and support the successful execution of industrial construction projects. The role will act as the site representative, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely project delivery while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities at the assigned project site.

• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and material deployment.

• Monitor project progress, productivity, and schedule compliance.

• Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Prepare site reports, checklists, and attend project coordination meetings.

• Support testing, commissioning, project handover, and close-out activities.

• Provide technical support and assist with ad-hoc site requirements when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Construction Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of construction site experience.

• Experience in industrial, utility, piping, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

• Strong site coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
