You will join our Security Operations team, tasked with managing and overseeing the execution of security and intelligence operations, programs, and projects for the region. Key Responsibilities
- Support regional operational activities for the bank’s workforce identity and access management (IAM) lifecycle, including employee/application onboarding, access request management, provisioning, certification, and reconciliation.
- Maintain high standards of access control assurance across the region.
- Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to the evolution of our access management framework.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3 years of direct experience in IT, specifically in the implementation and/or administration of IAG/IAM products and services (e.g., IAG integration, Cloud-based IdPs).
- Proven experience in IAM/PAM operational activities, particularly within highly regulated environments like financial services.
- Experience in end-to-end employee lifecycle access management (onboarding, account management, offboarding, certification, and reconciliation).
- Experience with cloud-based access control systems (e.g., AWS IAM, AWS SSO) and managing roles/policies at scale via automation.
- Experience in access administration for common financial systems (e.g., payment, transaction, clearing/settlement systems, Swift, G3) is highly advantageous.
- Strong ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to improve access control across diverse platforms.
