Responsibilities

* Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document business requirements, define project scope and objectives, and ensure alignment with business strategies.

* Gather, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements through discussions with stakeholders.

* Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, use cases, user stories, workflow diagrams and process documentation.

* Collaborate closely with Project Managers, developers and QA throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

* Ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and project requirements.

* Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements where applicable.

* Prepare project documentation including Business Requirement Specification (BRS), User Requirement Specification (URS), Functional Specification (FS), user manuals and other supporting documents.

* Organize and conduct requirement clarification sessions, workshops and user demonstrations when required.

* Assist the development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and resolving functional issues throughout the project.

* Support system testing activities by preparing test scenarios, reviewing test cases, performing functional testing (SIT), supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verifying defects, and ensuring delivered solutions meet business requirements.

* Create supporting materials including user manuals, presentation slides, training materials and instructional videos.

* Experience in wireframing or UI/UX design using tools such as Adobe XD or Figma is an added advantage.

* Able to understand business objectives, translate ideas into detailed requirements, and effectively communicate expected project deliverables to all stakeholders.

* Experience with business analysis tools such as flowcharts, UML diagrams, wireframes and prototypes.

* Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

* Basic understanding of software testing concepts (SIT, UAT, defect tracking and test scenarios).

* Highly organized with strong time management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in Business Analysis or Software Development projects will be an added advantage.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Experience with requirement documentation, wireframing tools (Figma/Adobe XD), or project management tools is an advantage.
