About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Protege Trainee in Human Resources to join the dynamic team at Gabungan AQRS Berhad. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain comprehensive exposure to all aspects of human resources within a professional services environment. Based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, this is a full-time position that will provide you with structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience across the HR function. As a Protege Trainee, you will work alongside experienced HR professionals, developing practical skills whilst contributing meaningfully to the organisation's human resources objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing HR administrative support such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records and filings
2. Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
3. Supporting the HR team in employee engagement and performance management initiatives
4. Provide support on creative digital content and marketing activities
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive employee experience

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
4. Familiarity with HR best practices and relevant legislation
5. A proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning
