Brownfield Engineering Sdn Bhd (BROWNFIELD) delivers expert electrical consultancy and technical solutions for complex construction projects, specializing in the comprehensive management of High-Voltage electrical equipment. Our end-to-end service suite spans engineering design, manufacturing and assembly of custom panels, and rigorous testing and delivery protocols. We provide specialized supervision for control and protection systems cross a wide operational spectrum, ranging from 11kV to 500kV power stations and substations. By prioritizing meticulous project planning and management, we ensure that every solution—from initial consultancy to onsite technical execution—upholds the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilties

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities and schedules.
• Supervise production workflow to ensure projects are completed according to deadlines and priorities.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Procurement teams regarding material orders, deliveries, and project requirements.
• Assist in equipment setup, testing, and preparation of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation.
• Prepare and maintain production documents, including Store Requisition Form (SRF), Delivery Notes (DN), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and related records.
• Monitor production performance, report downtime or non-conformances, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate production reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of production planning and manufacturing workflows is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical or engineering drawings is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Capable of working under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced engineering environment.
