We're Hiring: Insurance Operations Associate (12-Month Contract)
Location: Sunway Geo, Subang Jaya (4th Floor)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% Office-Based
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

Are you detail-oriented with experience in insurance operations and policy processing? We're looking for an Insurance Operations Associate to join our team and support policy administration, data processing, and customer servicing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Validate and process customer proposals, applications, and policy transactions accurately in the policy processing system.
-Ensure policy applications and transactions are completed within established turnaround times and service level agreements (SLAs).
-Generate quotations, new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy-related documentation.
-Maintain and update electronic databases with accurate customer and policy information.
-Investigate and resolve processing discrepancies to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
-Communicate effectively with Underwriters, internal stakeholders, and clients to obtain required information for policy administration.
-Perform administrative tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:
-Must Have Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in underwriting or insurance operations.
At least 6 months to 2 years of hands-on policy processing experience.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet processing deadlines.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge or experience in General Insurance.
- Experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Shared Services environment.
- Fluency in Cantonese is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts if required for regional support, including Malaysian public holidays.
