Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations.
• Supervise and support store staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor stock, inventory, and product replenishment.
• Handle stock receiving, transfers, and stock counts.
• Ensure proper product display and monitor expiry dates.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.
• Train and guide new and existing staff.
• Manage cash handling, cashier closing, and banking.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare operational reports.
• Handle store opening and closing.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of retail or supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).
