AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

• Kitchen Assistant (Back of House)

KITCHEN ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and recipes
• Handle food preparation including portioning, seasoning, battering, breading, and marinating
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, labelling, and stock rotation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Report food quality, stock, or equipment issues to management
• Support daily kitchen operations and tasks assigned by the management team
