JOB PURPOSE

The Junior Visual Merchandiser is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and maintenance of visual merchandising standards across retail stores. The role focuses on creating attractive product displays, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting marketing campaigns to enhance customer shopping experience and drive sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

1.Store Visual Display

• Assist in executing visual merchandising displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
• Arrange products, mannequins, fixtures, and promotional materials to create an attractive store presentation.
• Ensure all stores maintain proper visual standards and brand image.
• Conduct store visits and provide feedback on display improvement.

2.Campaign & Promotion Execution

• Support the setup of promotional campaigns, new product launches, and store events.
• Prepare and install promotional materials such as posters, banners, POP materials, and signage.
• Ensure campaign materials are displayed correctly and within the required timeline.

3.Store Opening & Renovation Support

• Assist in new store opening preparation including layout setup, product arrangement, and visual installation.
• Support store renovation, relocation, and seasonal refresh projects.

4.CREATIVE & DESIGN SUPPORT

• Assist in creating simple artwork, posters, and visual materials using design software (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator).
• Provide ideas and suggestions to improve store visual and customer engagement

5.REPORTING & ADMINISTRATION

• Prepare visual merchandising reports, store visit reports, and campaign execution reports.
• Maintain VMD guidelines, documentation, and visual references.
• Monitor display implementation and follow up with store teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum SPM.
• Diploma/Degree in Fashion, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Retail Merchandising, or a related field.

EXPERIENCES

1–2 years of experience in retail or visual merchandising (Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply)

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
