We are looking for a proactive and patient-focused Clinical Assistant to support the clinic's daily operations and ensure a smooth patient journey from consultation to follow-up. The role involves patient preparation, assisting doctors during treatments, coordinating appointments, managing billing, and providing excellent patient care while ensuring compliance with the clinic's SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Preparation
- Confirm patient category and appointment details.
- Prepare patient records and ensure patients are ready before consultation.
- Prepare consultation rooms and treatment supplies.
Clinical Assistance
- Assist doctors during consultations and procedures.
- Update treatment status and ensure smooth patient flow.
Billing & Payment
- Verify invoices and collect payments.
- Update payment records accurately in the system.
Appointment & Follow-up
- Schedule follow-up appointments and Weekly Jab sessions.
- Coordinate medication/pen replenishment when required.
Patient Engagement
- Send WhatsApp follow-ups and aftercare instructions.
- Share package information and request Google Reviews.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Comply with clinic SOPs, patient confidentiality, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience (clinic or healthcare setting preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with digital documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with clinic operations, patient management systems, or insurance claims.
- Experience dealing with MOH regulations, clinical audits, or licensing processes.
- Demonstrates a high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive patient data, operational matters, and management-level communications.

- Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
