全职 Content Creator (Videographer - Video Editor) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in My Skin Doctor Sdn Bhd Cheras - Ricebowl

We're looking for a hands on Content Creator who can both shoot and edit scroll stopping short form video. You'll own our social content end to end from idea to filming to a published post and work closely with our marketing team and staff to keep our channels fresh and our appointment calendar full.

What you'll do

Plan, shoot and edit shortform video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook) before/after, treatment education, testimonials, behind-the-scenes and trend-based content.

Travel to outlets on scheduled batch-shoot days to film content across our branches.

Edit video in CapCut / Premiere Pro / DaVinci cuts, captions, subtitles, music, simple motion graphics.

Stay on top of trends, sounds and formats and turn them around fast.

Shoot photography for social and promo use (product, treatments, staff).

Work with the marketing team on a monthly content calendar and campaign content.

Guide and train outlet staff to capture good raw footage on their phones.

Track performance (views, engagement, leads/bookings) and adjust content accordingly.

What we're looking for

1–4 years' experience creating shortform video content (portfolio / showreel required).

Strong in mobile and camera videography, plus confident editing in CapCut and at least one desktop editor.

A sharp eye for trends, storytelling, framing and pacing.

Able to work independently, hit deadlines and juggle multiple outlets.

Comfortable being on-set and directing staff or talent on camera.

Willing to travel between outlets (own transport an advantage).

Good command of Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English; able to write catchy captions.

Nice to have

Experience in beauty, aesthetics, skincare, wellness or F&B content.

Basic graphic design (Canva / Photoshop) and photography.

Understanding of paid social / how content supports ad performance.

On-camera presence or comfort presenting.

Basic salary RM 3,000-4,000/month (based on experience) + monthly performance bonus.
