Qualifications

• Ability to drive growth through New Business Development and Lead Generation activities.
• Strong Business acumen, including understanding of mechanical engineering, construction, or energy-related industries.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging prospects, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams.
• Experience in Account Management to sustain long-term client relationships and support customer retention.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, or Power Generation sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site, travel to client locations as needed, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
