Job Purpose

To serve as a Psychosocial Support trainer under the Centre for Psychosocial Resilience and Humanitarian Studies (CPRHS), Singapore Red Cross Academy.

Job Responsibilities

Training & Development

Deliver mental health and psychosocial support related training under the CPRHS.

Develop mental health and psychosocial support related content and teaching aid for training.

Trainer Management

Oversee and lead trainer management, including assessment and coaching.

Develop and oversee trainer assessment function

Conduct internal training for CPRHS’ pool of trainers for curriculum related updates and CPRHS protocols.

Other Duties

Administration duties related to training, as required

Facilitate events and advocacy efforts as a representative of the Centre.
