Our client is the leading regional supplier and solutions provider of military, law enforcement, and security equipment across Asian markets. They are looking for an Administrator to join their team.

Support sales and administrative functions by preparing quotations, invoices, packing lists, and responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee inventory and logistics activities, including stock control, inventory reconciliation, stock-taking exercises, and the coordination of incoming shipments and deliveries.
Administer procurement and tender-related activities, including tender submissions and follow-ups, supplier sourcing, and coordination with both local and overseas vendors.
Generate and maintain accurate documentation and reports, including sales performance and project progress reports, while providing administrative support to ensure successful project execution.
Ensure adherence to operational and regulatory requirements through effective cost management, licence renewals, ISO documentation maintenance, grant application submissions, and other general administrative duties.

If you are someone with the following, lets chat! 

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to support administrative, documentation, and reporting requirements effectively.
Skilled in the use of PDF editing software for document creation, modification, formatting, and submission.
Strong numerical aptitude and analytical capabilities, with the ability to perform calculations accurately and provide support for costing, budgeting, and other finance-related activities.
