Job Summary:
Design, develop and configure AS400 or IBM S/390 COBOL software modules, interfaces and components
Ability to work in a team environment delivering quality software that meets requirements working to a timeline
Explore new business solutions to continually enhance functionality that fulfills user needs
Adopt standards and methodologies of application design and functionality
Motivated to be continually enhancing your skills to be aware of the latest software development trends/skills
Be a self-starter and recognize when issues need to be raised.
Qualifications And Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
5 - 8 years of AS400 or IBM S/390 COBOL development experience. Experience in banking domain, especially in payments domain
Working knowledge of AS400 or IBM S/390, COBOL, SQL and DB2 database Awareness of JIRA and ALDON
Involved in complete software delivery lifecycle, and maintaining AS400 applications
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle communication at different levels and diverse population
Experience in working closely with clients providing required services
