Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. Candidates with SPM and relevant working experience are encouraged to apply. Experience: 1-3 years Nationality: Malaysians Only Own transport: None

-Coordinate and monitor project progress according to timeline.
-Arrange manpower, materials, equipment, and site schedules.
-Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
-Prepare project documentation, reports, and site records.
-Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and safety regulations.
-Follow up on project issues and provide solutions to avoid delays.
-Attend site meetings and update management on project status.
-Monitor stock/material delivery and ensure sufficient supplies on site.
-Assist in preparing quotations, claims, and invoices related to projects.
-Ensure proper communication between office and site teams.
-Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
