About the role

Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Advisor to join our team in Sandakan, Sabah. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our automotive business by providing exceptional customer service and consultative sales support. What you'll be doing

1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations on our range of vehicles and related services

2. Demonstrate and showcase our vehicles to customers, highlighting their key features and benefits

3. Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to finalising the purchase

4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

5. Collaborate with the broader sales team to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, industry trends, and competitor offerings

7. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry

2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a seamless and personalized sales experience

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

4. Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset

5. Familiarity with the local automotive market and an understanding of customer preferences in the Sandakan region

6. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
