About the role

As a Sales Advisor at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers. This full-time position is based in Lahad Datu District, Sabah, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products and services

2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our offerings

3. Actively participate in sales campaigns and promotions to drive sales and exceed targets

4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

5. Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the company

6. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help improve the customer experience and product offerings

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with customers

3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle customer queries and objections

4. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding sales targets

5. Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management software

6. Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product information
