About the role

Become a Sales Advisor at TSM Automobile Sdn Bhd and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a full-time Sales Advisor based in Sandakan, Sabah, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their car purchasing journey, from initial enquiry to finalising the sale. With a focus on building strong relationships, you will provide personalised guidance and support to help customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their requirements and providing tailored product recommendations

2. Demonstrate vehicles and explain their features and benefits to customers

3. Handle sales inquiries, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively

4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

5. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, industry trends, and company policies

What we're looking for

1. Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or a similar retail environment

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and concerns effectively

4. Enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for the automotive industry

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

6. Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
