Join our team as a Technical Support Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in technical support, laboratory operations, and gas phase chemical filtration solutions. This internship provides exposure to real-world engineering applications and cross-functional collaboration, allowing you to develop technical, analytical, and communication skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience in laboratory testing, technical support, and engineering operations.

• Exposure to gas phase chemical filtration products and real-world technical applications.

• Opportunity to develop technical reporting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience working closely with the Sales and Production teams to support customer requirements.

• A collaborative learning environment with guidance from experienced technical professionals.

• Provide technical and laboratory support, including laboratory testing and report preparation.

• Assist in providing technical support for gas phase chemical filtration products.

• Coordinate customer technical requirements between the Sales and Production teams.

• Support the Sales team with day-to-day technical activities related to the Gas Phase business unit.

• Prepare technical documentation and laboratory reports as required.

• Perform other technical, laboratory, and administrative duties assigned by the department.

What You'll Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related Engineering discipline.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

• Willingness to learn and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with China counterparts.

• Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and Microsoft Office applications.

• Possession of own transportation is an added advantage.
