To carry out internship in IT department under different sections/ units.

Responsibilities:

IT Helpdesk, Support & Projects:

• - Follow up on data consolidation and helpdesk calls.

• - Automation of IT Operations.

• - Development/Enhancement on Project & Support Dashboards.

CDM & Application Support: 

• - Overview of CDT & support organization structure and functions.

• - Escalation workflow.

• - SLA and KPI.

• - CDT process automation using process automation or low code application.

• - Take up SME for targeted application/ network & infrastructure.

• - Bug fix/ enhancement for AgilePoint workflow system.

• - Develop and execute tasks assigned.

Software Development:

• - Assist in data integration projects.

• - Web and mobile application development.

Infrastructure:

• - Participate in infrastructure projects.

• - Network setting and configuration for OC Internet improvement.
  

Requirements:

• Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software engineering/ Information System/ Plantation Technology/ IT Security/ Business Information System or equivalent from recognized universities with minimum current CGPA 3.0.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Preferably at least 3 months of internship period.

• Willing to be based in Ipoh.
