About the role

Become a Supervisor at TSM Automobile Sdn Bhd' in Sandakan, Sabah. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the overall objectives of the company within the retail and consumer products industry. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the effective management of a team of employees.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of retail assistants and customer service representatives

2. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement

3. Ensure efficient and effective store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service

4. Liaise with customers to address queries and resolve any issues that may arise

5. Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth

6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to management

7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within the retail or customer service industry

2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

4. Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and data analysis

5. Ability to work well in a team and motivate others to achieve set targets

6. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs

7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
