Job Scope

• Manage sourcing and vendor relationships
• Optimize supply chain costs and efficiency
• Support project procurement needs

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute purchasing cycles and PO issuance
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and SLAs with vendors
• Maintain a qualified vendor database
• Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies
• Research global market prices for PV components
• Manage inventory levels and order tracking

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
• Candidate must have at least three years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within the solar, construction, energy, or infrastructure sector.
• Candidate must be proficient in ERP and procurement systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or equivalent platforms.
• Candidate must demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate must be able to manage multiple vendors, quotations, purchase orders, and procurement activities simultaneously.
• Candidate must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
