Job Descriptions

• To assist Supervisor/Officer in implementing GMP guidelines in all aspects of manufacturing by implementing appropriate Management, Monitoring and Control Procedures to assure quality, safety and efficacy of the products manufactured in the plant.
• To coordinate in implementation of the production plan under the advice of the Supervisor/Officer and to optimizing productivity without compromising quality and GMP practices.
• To handle the overall production related to blistering machine activities i.e cleaning, preparing and setting of blister machine, to assure the quality in the product.
• To ensure all the procedures are strictly followed and documented and as per respective SOPs.
• To ensure that the change room procedures are strictly implemented as per SOP.
• To ensure that the status labels are appropriately prepared and the areas / equipment’s are suitably labeled.
• To ensure cleaning procedure strictly followed i.e batch/product change over to avoid cross contamination.
• To record Batch Packaging operations strictly in accordance with BPR specifications.
• To ensure that environmental conditions are strictly compiled in coordination with Engineering Department and clear with the specific working area in consultation with IPQC I Engineering representatives. Deviation if any to be brought to the attention of Supervisor/ Officer/ Manager.

Job Requirements

• SPM/Sijil/Diploma in science or related field.
• Basic knowledge ofGMP, aseptic techniques, and sterilization principles.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and technical instructions.
• Willingness to work in cleanroom environments and follow strict hygiene practices.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
