About Us:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in networking, Windows administration, and IP camera configuration. If you enjoy problem-solving and supporting technology systems, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Windows systems, including setup, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Windows networking and TCP/IP; able to assign IP addresses and manage network settings.
• Terminate LAN cables and perform basic networking troubleshooting.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot IP cameras independently.
• Set up Windows systems for remote access to allow our team to provide remote support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Windows operating systems administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and LAN configurations.
• Hands-on experience with LAN cable termination and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IP cameras, including configuration and maintenance.
• Ability to set up and manage remote access for Windows systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Candidates with AI expertise will have an advantage
