Key responsibilities

• Support daily production activities, including material handling, machine operation, assembly, and packing
• Monitor production processes and inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards and company specifications
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance to ensure smooth operation
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to housekeeping standards
• Follow production schedules and work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets
• Comply with all company policies, quality requirements, and workplace safety regulations
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor when required

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary School education (SPM or equivalent is an advantage)
• Previous experience in manufacturing or factory production is preferred but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in curtain wall, aluminium fabrication, or aluminium extrusion manufacturing will be an added advantage
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role requires regular communication with colleagues from China
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Willing to work overtime when required

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
