• Prepare import and export freight quotations.
• Request and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents.
• Maintain updated buying and selling rate sheets.
• Ensure quotations are accurate and submitted within the required timeline.
• Follow up on pending quotations and rate confirmations.

Trade Management

• Maintain trade tariffs and service information.
• Monitor freight market trends and competitor pricing.
• Update internal systems with new rates and surcharges.
• Assist in developing new trade lanes and service offerings.
• Review trade performance and profitability.

Coordination

• Liaise with overseas agents for freight rates and local charges.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams on pricing matters.
• Communicate vessel schedules, service changes, and market updates.
• Support principal and agency communications.

Space & Equipment

• Monitor space availability with shipping lines and NVOCC partners.
• Coordinate slot bookings when required.
• Assist in container equipment planning and availability.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain pricing records and quotation history.
• Prepare weekly and monthly pricing reports.
• Assist in preparing trade performance and profitability reports.
• Maintain customer and agent tariff databases.

Customer Support

• Respond promptly to pricing enquiries.
• Provide freight solutions based on customer requirements.
• Support the Sales team during customer negotiations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
