Job Responsibilities

• Transport workers, supervisors, staff, and management to designated destinations safely and punctually as required.
• Provide transportation support for company personnel and guests for business-related travel and official assignments.
• Provide administrative support, including banking cheques, delivering and collecting documents, and performing other administrative errands as assigned.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, presentable, and properly maintained to ensure safety, comfort, and reliability.
• Maintain and update accurate vehicle maintenance and service records.
• Identify electrical, mechanical, or other vehicle issues and report them promptly to superior/manager.
• Coordinate and arrange scheduled vehicle servicing and preventive maintenance with authorized service centres in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior or management as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of working experience as a Personal Driver.
• Possess good driving skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrate good work ethics, reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Physically fit with good eyesight and a positive attitude.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Ability to speak and understand Mandarin/Hokkien is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
