About Us

LEC Eye Centre is one of Malaysia's established eye care providers with over 50 years of service. We are looking for a capable Finance Executive to strengthen our finance team and improve financial controls across our group of companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and cash reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly payment schedules.
• Monitor debtor collections and creditor ageing.
• Prepare month-end journals with proper supporting documentation and approvals.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and audit trails.
• Prepare schedules for auditors and management.
• Ensure transactions comply with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and financial records where required.
• Support finance operations across multiple companies within the group.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of double-entry accounting and month-end processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Honest, responsible and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
