The Role

Working across your assigned territory, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing territory business plans to drive sales growth and expand market share
• Applying customer segmentation strategies to align product offerings with the right healthcare professionals
• Building strong relationships through regular field visits and high-quality customer interactions
• Using promotional materials and scientific evidence to communicate product value and differentiate from competitors
• Maintaining accurate records of activities, call plans and territory performance
• Ensuring full compliance with industry regulations, pharmacovigilance requirements and ethical promotion standards

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A degree in Science, Pharmacy or a related field
• At least 2 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
• Experience in pain or cardiovascular therapeutic areas is a distinct advantage
• A proactive approach to continuous learning and self-development
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage healthcare professionals effectively
