Position: Client Solutions Specialist – Data Infrastructure

Location: Balakong, Selangor (Onsite)

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Salary: RM5,000 – RM9,000 (depending on experience)
• RM700 Monthly Travel Allowance (Klang Valley)
• RM50 Toll Allowance
• Petrol claims before confirmation; Petrol Card after confirmation

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated professional to support business growth within our Data Infrastructure division. The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise customers, project stakeholders, and internal teams to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable infrastructure solutions.

This role combines account management, customer engagement, and business development within the data infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate infrastructure solutions.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to deliver customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Maintain customer accounts and support ongoing business opportunities.
• Monitor market developments and identify new opportunities.
• Update CRM records and sales activities.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and customer visits.
• Work with channel partners and consultants to support project opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing B2B environments.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, electrical products, networking, or data infrastructure is an advantage.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working with corporate customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with account coordination or customer solution support is preferred.
